Hello,

       My name is Shawn Giroux. I am a certified and Licensed Home Inspector for the state of Florida. Certified by the International Association of Certified Home Inspectors, License #HI15872. I have spent the last 34+ years in the Home service industry. Starting out as a framer/carpenter of custom homes in Central Florida 1990. During that time I built several homes of my own and obtained a GC license in 2004. Then moved to remodeling and handyman work 2012. This experience has given me the ability to understand homes inside and out with hands on experience. I also have book knowledge with a Bachelor Degree in Project Management and school certified through InterNachi's school for Home Inspectors. Finally, I am a proud Air Force Veteran (1986-1990) and use all the skill sets learned from past military experience in my past and present business. I wish to provide prospective home buyers and sellers an honest, affordable, and pleasant home inspection process. After all, knowing is piece of mind.
